National Bail Out is a Black-led and Black-centered collective of abolitionist organizers, lawyers and activists building a community-based movement to support Black community members and end systems of pretrial detention and ultimately mass incarceration. They are people who have been impacted by cages — either by being in them themselves or witnessing their families and loved ones be encaged. They are queer, trans, young, elder, and immigrant.

With your support they are able to continue to bail out community members, provide life-changing supportive services and resource groups who are organizing to transform the criminal justice system.
